We are excited to announce that civil construction has officially commenced on the Wembley Hill luxury townhomes development in Box Hill South, following approval from the Whitehorse City Council Planning Department. This project, with release one set for completion in Q3 2026, promises to deliver sustainable and stylish living within a vibrant community.

SKY SQR has been prominently featured by The Urban Developer as construction commences. Appointed as the contractor, ICON will bring this landmark project to life, spanning 72,000 sqm in Box Hill. Located near the upcoming Suburban Rail Loop, SKY SQR will offer luxury living and convenience, with over half of the 12,000 sqm retail podium already secured.

We are excited to share that Icon has been appointed as the construction partner for SKY SQR, an innovative project set to redefine Box Hill. Spanning 72,000 sqm, SKY SQR will feature a mix of residential, retail, and community spaces, integrated with state-of-the-art amenities.
