February Floret Construction Milestones Unveiled!

We’re thrilled to announce significant milestones in the development of our Floret site!

The completion of concrete slabs marks the achievement of Stage 1 construction, while Stage 2 sees the successful conclusion of underground plumbing and electrical works. The vision we’ve worked tirelessly towards is now materialising right before our eyes.

Additionally, we’re proud to report that the level 3 framing for the first 2 blocks is nearing completion, paving the way for the commencement of external cladding and window installation for the advanced Stage 1 townhomes.

None of this progress would have been possible without the exceptional collaboration and expertise of our esteemed project partners, Rothelowman and ASPECT Studios.
