Last Friday, March 22, 2024, marked a momentous occasion as we gathered with special guests and project consultants to commemorate the topping out of 130 Little Collins. Situated in the vibrant heart of Melbourne CBD’s Paris End, this cutting-edge commercial strata office building is a testament to innovation and urban sophistication.
In the presence of the distinguished Lord Mayor of Melbourne, Sally Capp, the development was praised as an “iconic place in Melbourne,” offering meticulously crafted public amenities within a state-of-the-art complex brought to life by an extraordinary collaboration of Melbourne’s finest contributors.

Jeff Xu, Managing Director of Golden Age Group, expressed profound pride in the collective efforts of all involved. From Roberts Co to the stellar design team comprising Cox Architecture, Hecker Guthrie, and Jack Merlo, each contributor played a pivotal role in realizing this architectural marvel.

Set against the city skyline backdrop, this event was a testament to the power of collaboration and progress. As the final slab was poured, it marked the completion of the 28th floor and a significant milestone in urban development.
