Topping out Park One Sydney Celebrations!

Last month brought about a momentous milestone for the Golden Age Group as we celebrated the topping out of Park One Sydney, with three towers varying in height from 20 to 23 levels and featuring 412 luxury apartments.

The intimate affair was attended by Golden Age Founder Jeff Xu alongside the Golden Age leadership team, our JV partner Longship, Icon Construction, Turner Studio and Time and Place. With the building structure and façade installation now complete, we are excited to see Park One take form and shape up to be a striking architectural landmark.

Located in the true heart of Macquarie Park, The Park One project is one that transcends both luxury and location, where residents can experience the very best of North Shore living at their doorstep or enjoy the privacy of the Park One sky terrace and botanic gardens set against sweeping parkland and city panoramas.

Internal apartment fit out works are now our key focus with Stage One of the project, levels 1 – 16, settling in late November. Stage Two of the settlement process includes all other levels, with settlement scheduled for December through to January 2020.
