Inaugural House and Land Project Willow Springs Achieves Sell-Out Success

We are thrilled to share that over the weekend, our first house and land development, Willow Springs, achieved a sell-out success in its first stage of release, which saw deposits made for 46 lots, equating to over $14 million.

The Rockbank site was purchased in 2017, with our foresight to identify the region’s immense potential, and demand for the coveted area naturally increased once the key infrastructure was in place.

As such, the timing of our launch was right given the sell-out results of Willow Springs’ first stage coinciding with the property market shift in buyers leaving the city to build their dream home. Located 30km west of Melbourne’s CBD, many are keen to secure land in an area experiencing rapid growth.
