Golden Age Group Celebrates the Opening of 130 Little Collins

Golden Age Group is proud to announce the official opening of 130 Little Collins, marking a key milestone for the company and a significant addition to Melbourne’s CBD.

The opening event was officiated by the Lord Mayor of Melbourne, Nicholas Reece, who highlighted the importance of projects like 130 Little Collins in shaping the future of the modern workplace and reinforcing Melbourne’s global reputation.

Golden Age Group Managing Director Jeff Xu reflected on the journey behind the project, emphasising the vision to create a premium workplace that brings together business, lifestyle and community in one address.

Designed by Cox Architecture with interiors by Hecker Guthrie, the building delivers a refined and contemporary workplace experience, complemented by a curated art program by Mickey’s Art. The project has already attracted a diverse mix of owners and businesses, including renowned restaurateur Chris Lucas, with the opening celebration catered by Society Restaurant.

Golden Age Group extends its sincere thanks to all partners, consultants and collaborators who contributed to the successful delivery of 130 Little Collins.

More than a commercial office building, 130 Little Collins represents a new workplace destination that supports business growth and contributes to the ongoing evolution of Melbourne’s CBD.
