CONSTRUCTION PARTNER ANNOUNCED FOR WEMBLEY HILL

Golden Age Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Figurehead Construction as the construction partner for its latest luxury townhome development, Wembley Hill, located at 15 Hay Street, Box Hill South.

Civil works have been underway since July 2024, and construction of Release One, comprising 59 architecturally designed townhomes — is set to commence in mid-2025, with completion anticipated by Q3 2026.

This marks the second time Golden Age has partnered with the Melbourne-based firm to deliver a residential community, following the successful completion of Golden Age Group’s recently completed Floret townhome development in Glen Waverley.

Wembley Hill is more than just a residential project; it’s a vision for sustainable, community-focused living. The development features 13,000 square metres of lush, tiered gardens and seamless access to Gardiner’s Creek Trail, offering residents a tranquil retreat within the vibrant Box Hill South community.
