Also within this division is our property management company (One Property) which focuses upon providing property management services, acting as a sales agent on established properties along with the provision of body corporate services.

Hospitality
Golden Age Group's Hospitality Division is the backbone of the Group and has evolved over almost two decades to encompass dual key areas, Restaurants & The Sheraton.
Golden Age Group currently operates 9 restaurants and cafe within Melbourne under multiple brands including Mantong & Ten Miles located at Crown Casino and Hutong Dumpling Bar located in Chinatown and Prahran. Our other restaurants are all located within the Melbourne CBD being China Red, East, Spicy Fish and Dahu Peking Duck.
The Sheraton was completed and commenced trading in April 2014 as part of our 27 Little Collins St development. It has consistently operated at high occupancy levels since opening and has now firmly established itself within the Melbourne 5 Star Hotel market.

The provision of Funds Management services within the Golden Age Group is through Golden Age Capital (GAC).
GAC was formed to bring together a team with business and investment expertise along with experience in both China and Australia for the benefit of investors wanting to invest in Australian assets.

International Trade
The Golden Age Group's Trade division is focused upon the importation of Seafood from China into the local Australian market along with the sourcing and exportation of Red Meat from Australia into the Chinese market. The current export focus is on Beef & Lamb products with the potential to expand into further protein and Grain product's in the future.
This business was established to capture the growing demand for protein by the Chinese market and further diversify the cash flows generated by the Golden Age Group. A sound business has now been established and expected to grow through FY16 and beyond.
